dCloudLauncher changes

oh, you mean "\" as in c:\d7... gotcha

leave the "extract to..." box completely blank in that case.

sorry to bring this thread back up from the grave but I cannot seem to follow you when you say "the extract to...." box. I cant seem to find it. I had a look at the dCloudLauncher.ini and found default path but it didn't seem to work. Dcloudlauncher ran, downloaded d7, and again put a d7 folder on my desktop.

I would like to be able to have dcloudlauncher to put d7 in the folder it is executed at.

Check the pic: be sure not to specify a drive letter, so if you want it in c:\d7 then just put a \ in the box.

dCL_SFX.exe created by d7 v9.3.12 still not extracting to C:\Support.
