NetSetMan (an awesome app)

Postby laplandz » Wed Feb 26, 2014 9:18 pm

Found an app that does all the following...
A) allow me to configure network profiles so i can keep an ssid hidden and auto-connect to it with no real work from me
B) first remember, then set/change a wallpaper, then change back when disconnecting the profile
C) connect to my network printer
D) set mapped drives (seeing as d7's no longer do)
E) change HOST file so i can implement internal/external ip addressing to my NAS, although i stopped using d7ii from lan as it seems rather wonky, but for my custom apps, i only need to configure 1 config for internal/remote usage.
F) natively portable
Its called NetSetMan and wondering what others think about it.

I e-mailed them asking about tech-licensing similar to that of fabs backup-4-techs but they haven't come back to me yet :(
.. ...
I can walk on water, but I can’t perform miracles.

Might be interesting but I only see an installer option, nothing about it being portable.

You have to run the exe first then you get the option to create a portable folder.
